The family of Sadat (سید سادات) is the progeny of last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and their roots belong to Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) their daughter Hazrat Fatima(S.A) and Ali(A.S) the children of Ali Fatima called Sayyed Sadat(سید سادات) because the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) said "The generation of each Prophet was from his own body but mine is from Ali" due to this reason  the people of other families & nation  are called Non Sayyed(غیر سادات).
